Union Finance Minister Arun Jaitley on Thursday said no winds of change were blowing in the country against the ruling BJP as stray results here and there do not indicate a trend."... to pick up a stray result here and there and to say that winds of change are coming. I am told the ABVP lost the presidentship of Delhi University Students Union (DUSU) because you had a person with a deceptively similar name as that of ABVP candidate, who had been put up to divide his votes," he said. "And he took away some 3,500 votes, resulting in a narrow defeat for the ABVP candidate. Now if the Congress calls this kind of statistical victory a wind of change, let the Congress live under illusion," he said.
