Speaker J&K Legislative Assembly Kavinder Gupta, Deputy Chief Minister Dr Nirmal Singh and Minister for PHE, Flood Control and Irrigation Sham Lal Choudhary today paid tributes to martyr  Head Constable Krishan Chand who was killed  in terrorist attack at Pantha Chowk in Srinagar during the wreath laying ceremony held for the martyr at District Police Line Jammu.Legislators Sat Sharma, Rajesh Gupta and Davinder Singh Rana, Divisional Commissioner Jammu M K Bhandari, IGP Dr  S D  Singh, DIG Ashkoor Wani, Deputy Commissioner Kumar Rajesh Ranjan besides other senior officers of civil and police administration also paid homage to the cop. The Deputy Chief Minister paid rich tributes to the Jawan for his bravery and valour and conveyed sympathies with the bereaved family.
