One day workers conventional programme held by Congress At town hall Kupwara

District congress Committe kupwara organised a one day workers  conventional programme, The programme was presided  over by Ghulam Ahmad Mir Honrable President J&K Pardesh Congress committee. MLA sopore Haji abdul Rashid dar , Usman Majid MLA Bandipora , Mohammad Anwar Bhat, Vice president J&K pardesh congress  Haji Farooq Ahmad Mir District president kupwara  and Nazir Ahmad lone Deputy general secretary Kupwara were also present  in the  workers conventional programme tgat was held at town hall kupwara .A huge number of   gathering was present there and also some opposition workers joined congress party in presence of Ghulam Ahmad mir. While addressing the gathering Mir mainay emphasized about recently   roundup taking news that's amendment in the special article 35A, Mir Told   that none  has right to eliminate or put somw amendment in the Article 35A. The article that gives kashmir a special status , That no non resident is allowed to     own  a piece of land , No non resident is allowed to submit a job applicant form , kashmir has a special document that is "State subject" which indicates that a person is a permanent resident of Kashmir valley . Congress party blames Presnet  Chief Minister for the disrupt in the normal life of kashmiris , She is to be blamed for joining BJP AND JAN SANG for arising such havoc  in the normalcy of kashmir valley, We can't blame any outsider for   all the prevailing situations  in Kashmir added Ghulam  Ahmad Mir ."United we stand divided  we fall" when it comes to Article 35A  we won't let  any government to   bring    any type of amendment in that  as that safeguards the special  status of J&K . Every single person should comeup and join hands and save our special status, and congress will always be our there to safeguard Article 35A said GM Mir .
