Sending Nayeem Khan to judicial custody is condemnable : Nayeem Ahmad Khan

Expressing serious concern over the sending of its chairman, Nayeem Ahmad Khan to judicial custody till August 28, Jammu Kashmir National Front has said that India is using its investigation agencies and judiciary to kill and crush the political will of resistance leadership. The party has said that sending Nayeem Khan,Altaf Ahmad Shah,Peer Saifullah,Mehrajud din Kalwal and others to judicial custody is politically motivated and undemocratic. “We fail to understand when the court was told that questioning of Nayeem Khan and others was over why the court sent them to judicial custody,”? A National Front spokesman asked in a statement.  The judicial custody of Nayeem Khan and others was granted by a Delhi Court till August 28. It is the most undemocratic way to silence the political opponents and try to crush the voice of masses, the statement said. Stating that New Delhi is using cruel tactics against the genuine political leadership of Kashmiri people, The spokesman said that after facing defeat at the hands of resistance leadership including Nayeem Khan at political front, New Delhi is using its institutions to revenge the leaders like Nayeem Khan in one the other pretext. India is busy in terrorising the pro-freedom Kashmiri people by arresting their leaders and killing youth and unarmed civilians in nook and corner.Paying rich and glowing tributes to Hizb commander Yasin Itoo of Nagam Chadoora and his two associates Irfan ul Haq of Maldaira Shopian and Umar Majeed of Katpora Kulgam and the two unarmed civilians of Shirmal Shopian and Kakapora Pulwama, the spokesman said that the only way to stop bloodshed in Kashmir is that India must behave politically and accept the disputed nature of Jammu Kashmir.
