Teaching fraternity of Education Zone Ramban today accorded a warm send off to Zubeda Begum, who retired as the Zonal Education Officer Ramban.CMO, Dr Saif-u-din, Dy. CEO Bal Ji Thaploo, AD Planning Education, Ganesh Kumar, DEPO, Parshotam Singh Raju, retired lecturer Khursheed Khan, Principals and Headmasters of various government and private institutions and other senior officers of the education department attended the farewell.Zubeda Begum served the education department for more than 39 years after joining as Teacher in 1978. While hailing the officer for her dedication towards the education of students, Dy. CEO Ramban said, “She has been a patient listener and a person with varied capabilities. Easy accessibility to the students, teachers and the general public were hallmarks of her working.”Extending gratitude to her colleagues, teacher fraternity and friends in the department, the restring officer said, “I feel overwhelmed by the love and respect I received from my colleagues and subordinates throughout my career here. I thank all of you for your kindness, support, and a wonderful 39 years.”A colourful cultural programme was also orgnised on the occasion.Nayeem Rather, Bilal Sohil, Tirath Singh and many others extended their good to the   officer for her post retirement life.
