DDC Shopian visits Industrial Estate Trenz Aglar

District Development Commissioner Shopian, Mohammad Aijaz, today took a detailed visit of the Industrial Estate Trenz Aglar Shopian. He was accompanied by Senior Officers from Industries Department, Flood Control and Irrigation Department, SICOP and Revenue departments.Deputy Commissioner took stock of the various works being executed on the industrial estate.During the detailed discussion with the officers, DDC directed the concerned to expedite the pace of work and make sure that the project should get completed within the stipulated period of time. It was also stated that the protection works around the project will be taken on priority basis.The meeting was informed that 337 kanals of land occupied for development of the industrial estate out of the Rs 18.06 crores projected estimate of the project, an amount Rs.2.625 Crore has been already spent so far on the said estate.
