Governor pays obeisance at Paonta gurudwara

Governor, Smt. Urmila Singh today visited famous religious places in Sirmour district. She paid her obeisance at Shri gurudwara Paonta Sahib and offered Nishan Sahib also. Vice president of the Gurudwara Management Committee, Sardar Harbhajan Singh presented a seropa to Smt. Urmila Singh.Earlier, Governor also visited Mata Shri Balasundri temple at Trilokpur, the famous shakthipeeth of north India and performed the puja. She also visited other temples located on temple premises. Trilokpur Temple Trust presented her mata ki chunri.Among others who accompanied her, included Sirmour Deputy Commissioner, Padam Singh Chauhan, SDM Nahan, Rana Pritpal Singh, Manager of Trilokpur Temple Trust, RR Negi and other dignitaries.
