Differently-abled youth gets specialised scooter from CM

Chief Minister, Mehbooba Mufti today distributed a specialized scooter to a differently abled person here today.Bilal Ahmad Wani, lost his right leg some years ago, rendering him virtually incapacitated. He had met the Chief Minister recently who assured him all help.Yesterday, it may be recalled, the Chief Minister had distributed a similar specialised scooter to a differently abled person at Jammu.
