District Administration, Rajouri has issued orders for detachment of 49 officers/officials various departments. These officers are posted at various sensitive field offices however are continuing on attachments at Jammu over a long period of time in contravention of Government orders.These include 4 officials of ICDS Project viz Sabia Nhat CDPO Darhal, Gurmeet Kour ICDS Supervisor Sunderbani, Renu Kumari ICDS Supervisor Budhal, Meenakshi Kotwal Supervisor Budhal and Ritu Kumari, Supervisor Sunderbani.36 employees of Agriculture Department attached at Jammu including Balbir Singh, Subject Matter Specialist, Yog Raj Agriculture Assistant, K K Bhat Agriculture Assistant; Ata Mohammad, Sudesh Kumar and Mohinder Sharma, all Field Assistants, Issam Din Bee Keeper, Verinder Mansotra ADA, Sudeshwar Das, Sunil Raina, Raman Gandotra, Sunil Sharma, Ajay Sharma, Sanjeev Gupta, Sanjay Razdan, Mohan Singh, Amrik Singh, Rakesh Kumar Khajuria, Sohan Lal, Naveen Sharma, Rohit Sharma, Vishal Many, Rohit Gupta, Neeraj Anand, Karan Singh Choudhary, Opinder Koul, Umesh Khajuria, Shiv Dutt, Rakesh Gupta, Amit Chanda, Sushil Kumar, Rajinder Kumar, Rahul Gupta, Vijay Kumar and Mohinder Kumar Anand, all VAEAs have been directed to report at their place of posting.

One employee of District Employment and Counselling Centre Mohd Arshad attached at Directorate, Jammu has also been detached. Three officials of Horticulture Department including Mukesh Kumar, District Level SMS, Revti Raman HDO, Ajay Gupta HDO; and 5 officials of Irrigation and Flood Control Department including Divya Mohania Asstt Engineer, Dil Pazeer JE, Altaf Hussain Gauge Reader, Koushal Kumar Patwari and Yashpal Patwari have also been recalled.Pertinently, DDC Rajouri, Dr. Shahid Iqbal Choudhary had asked district officers to furnish details of officers/officials attached to other offices. After details of attachment received from various district offices, 49 officers have been directed to report back to their place of posting by 5th June 2017 failing which action will be initiated for failure to comply with Government orders in this regard since General Administration Department vide order No 1203-GAD of 2016 Dated 27-10-2016 had issued instructions for detachment of officers / officials attached from subordinate offices.District Treasury Officer has been asked not to disburse salary of the officials attached outside district henceforth.Meanwhile, more than a dozen officials attached in DC office and various Revenue offices have also been detached.Heads of Departments have been asked to spare these officials for their joining at their place of postings as service delivery in the district has been hampered to a great extent.
