Gun fight starts at Tral

A gun fight started at Tral area of South Kashmir's Pulwama district on late Friday evening. Official sources told news agency GNS that a patrolling party of Armies 42RR was fired upon by militant at Saimoo village. After carrying out the attack the militants managed to fled from the sight.However, additional reinforcement of SOG and CRPF assisted the troops in conducting the combing operation in the area.After conducting searches, the joint team of forces intercepted the militant group and engaged them in a gun fight. When reports last came in the gun fight was going on. (GNS)
