The Printing and Stationery Minister, Punjab, S. Sadhu Singh Dharamsot today conducted surprise check at the Sector-17 office of Controller, Printing and Stationery department.Disclosing this, an official spokesman said that during the checking, a steno Satish Kumar was found absent and his leave was not registered in the attendance register of the department.The spokesman further said that the minister has ordered the department to take appropriate action against the absentee employee and given strict warning to the officers/officials that indiscipline and laxity would not be tolerated.
