The Punjab Deputy Chief Minister of Punjab, Sukhbir Singh Badal today called upon the people of Punjab to lead the country for the formation of NDA Government under the leadership of Mr. Narendra Modi to save the country from misrule of UPA Government. Today addressing the rallies at Mallanwala, Mamdot and Guruharshai after initiating the development works worth Rs. 87 crore in Ferozpur District, The Deputy Chief Minister said that Punjabi had always taken a lead whenever the nation faced any kind of crisis and now the time has come again to be a  leader in Coming Lok Sabha elections to wipe out the most corrupt, inefficient UPA Government. Terming the congress led UPA Government as the directionless and leaderless government, Mr.  Badal said in last 10 years they had adopted a single point agenda to loot the country at the cost of common men interest. 

Talking about the new Atta-Dal scheme launched by the Punjab Government, Mr. Badal said that SAD-BJP Government led by Mr. Parkash Singh Badal has extended the benefit under this scheme to 31 lakh families against the earlier 15 Lakh families by keeping in view the difficulties faced by the poor section to met the daily needs due to the sky rocking inflation caused by the UPA policies.The Deputy Chief Minister has also announced that Punjab Government would release 25,000 thousand more tubewell connections in next 6 months as Punjab has become the first power surplus state in the country.Earlier the Deputy Chief Minister has laid the foundation stone of sewerage projects at Mallanwala costing  Rs. 33.50 crore, Mamdot with the cost of Rs. 24.17 crore and Guru Harsahai with the cost of Rs. 29.93 crore. Prominent amongst present on the occasion included Punjab BJP President Mr. Kamal Sharma, MP Sher Singh Ghubaya, MLA Joginder Singh Jindu, Halqa Incharge Vardev Singh Mann, Sukhpal Singh Nannu former CPS.
