Tehreek-e-Hurriyat Saturday organized a blood donation camp on Saturday at its central office in Hyderpora .Speaking on the occasion, Syed Ali Geelani according to the statement issued to KNS said that people in state do believe human values and while as Indian authorities under the garb of hollow slogans of the Kashmiriyat , democracy and humanity are exploiting the situations and ‘sponsor state terrorism’.“They neither believe nor they follow their rhetoric,” Geelani said in a statement issued to KNS.Rejecting the Manohar Parrikar’s statement wherein he stated that Kashmir conundrum is not an easy issue to resolve,” Geelani said, “Let India take sincere steps, shun its egoistic approach and respect fundamental rights and this will pave way for lasting solution to long pending issue.” Geelani while addressing to donors and youth, said that the blood bank is not specified to any particular section of society and it will try to reach to all those in need of our assistance.

He while referring to April 9th episode, said that on the fateful day our eight-youth felt to bullets and hundreds received bullet injuries. We hurriedly organized the blood donation camp to help these needy patients, said Geelani.Geelani expressed his anguish over making a youth as human shield and said that it speaks the volumes about the atrocities being perpetrated by Indian forces. “Nobody is there to look into these heinous acts,” said Geelani.Criticizing media over Chadoora episode, he said that the biased media ‘misrepresented and manipulated’ the incident to serve their interests. “The video clip illustrates how local youth provided a safe passage for forces, however the media twisted it otherwise and it is shameful act,” said Geelani.Geelani said Islam conveys a peaceful message for human societies and those involved in terrorist acts are none but enemies of humanity. “Islam in its passionate message guaranties honor and dignity and that it denounces killing and equates the slaying of one human life to that of genocide against the entirety of mankind,” said Geelani.
