Aryans student played in International Volleyball Series in New Zealand

Bhushan to represent in Finals again in January 2013 in Auckland

After achieving many milestones in education, Chandigarh based Aryans Group of Colleges has brought laurel to the Chandigarh region.Bhushan Bhirud, a student of Aryans College of Engineering, Chandigarh has made his Aryans proud of him by playing in International Volleyball Series in Auckland, New Zealand recently.Bhushan, who hails from Pune is student of B.Tech (Mechanical) course in Aryans College of Engineering. Since one and half year, he is representing Pune Sports Academy for International Volleyball series AVF, NZL. Much to the Proud Bhushan has been successful in getting sponsorship from Samsung India for his career in sports.It is to be mentioned that Bhushan was selected for this series in August 2011. After that, he participated in WL series which was held in Spain in September 2011. He has been in Auckland, New Zealand in the month of October and November to play to qualify for Finals. Now Bhushan will again represent his team for Finals to be held in the month of January 2013 in Auckland, New Zealand.The Management of Aryans honoured Bhushan today for his tremendous achievement. While congratulating Bhushan, Dr Anshu Kataria, Chairman, Aryans Group said that the students, staff and management are proud of him for his success. He added that besides studies, extra co-curricular activities are equally important. They help in the overall development of the students. He added that Aryans would provide every possible help to Bhushan in his future endeavors.Dr Kataria further said that after winning laurels in the academic field, the Aryans students are excelling in sports also. He added that before this, in this year only a BBA student of Aryans brought laurels to the college by grabbing a place in the Merit list of Punjab Technical University.Sharing his views with media, Bhushan said that he is very thankful to Aryans Group for always supporting him and also for encouraging him to go with his dream i.e playing volleyball along with his graduation B. Tech. He also assured that he would extend all kind of support and guidance to other students in sports.It is to be mentioned that established in 2007, Aryans campus is located on Chandigarh–Patiala highway, near Chandigarh and has lush green 20 acres pollution free campus. Aryans Group has been serving the educational and intellectual interests of the youth in a commendable manner. The group is running Management College, Engineering College, Education College, Nursing College and Junior Science College (+1 & +2 Non Medical).
