Sanjay Tandon congratulates all the people on Party Foundation Day

Various activities have been organized at various places in the city by the Chandigarh BJP on the occasion of the foundation day of Bharat Janata Party. The party state president Sanjay Tandon also took part in these programs.While informing about the programs, Ravinder Pathania, convener of the party's media cell, said that Sanjay Tandon first hoisted the flag at his residence in the morning. After this, State President Tandon took part in flag hoisting program at the residence of mayor Asha Jaswal. Senior leaders of the party were present with him on this occasion. Congratulating the present workers, State President Sanjay Tandon said that the senior leaders of our party formed the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) on April 6, 1980, with an aim of nation building as well as the development of the country and is striving for it even today.This aim of overall development is continuously moving forward. Tandon said, “Along with the center, the states with the BJP government have witnessed fastest growth as compared to all other states. Whether it was the government under the then Prime Minister Honorable Atal Bihari Vajpayee or even if we see today’s regime under the Prime Minister of our country, Narendra Modi, the BJP Leaders have always talked about the progress of the country.”

Citizens are being benefited with new schemes. Prime Minister of our country implemented several schemes for the upliftment of the poor so that people of the poorer sections could also be linked with the main stream of development.He further said that BJP is the only party in which democracy exists. Whether it is the son of a poor farmer or son of the tea maker anyone and everyone can reach the high office of the party as everyone is selected on the basis of his or her merit and capability. In the party, nepotism has no place. This is one of the major reasons why our party is different from other existing parties  in the country.Tandon once again congratulated all the workers and all the people of the country on the foundation day of the party and said that the party always works in the way of country's development and will continue to work for the betterment of the country. After this, the State President also participated in various activities organized at different places of the city and congratulated one and all.
