Health Department Seeks On-Line Applications For The Transfers

In an important decision, the Punjab Government sought on-line applications from  medical officers, ANMs, and others employees for the transfer/posting .Disclosing this here today, Health & Family Welfare  Minister Brahm Mohindra  said that the decision to this effect has been taken after consultation in the  high level meeting of senior officers. He said that directions to the employees have been already issued to send their transfers application through department e-mail at healthtransferspunjab@gmail.com.Health Minister further said that the decision will bring transparency in the transfer process and save precious time of the employees and officers. He said that although the month of April has been scheduled for the transfers but the written instructions from the personal department have yet not received.Mr.Mohindra said that any employee can send his request for the transfers by April 30,2017 through the e-mail. He said that as soon as the application is received by the department , acknowledgement  receipt would be issued to the concern .He said that the whole process of transfers would be supervised by Special Secretary Health.
