Additional District Development Commissioner, Dr Gurvinderjeet Singh chaired the DLRC meet to review the performance under Annual Action Plan.LDM Poonch, Rakesh Sudan informed the chair that during the last quarter there is an achievement of Rs 139.49 crore under ACP. Under priority sector there is a disbursement of Rs. 50.00 crore and under Non priority sector the achievement is Rs 89.48 crore.He said that 6766 persons have been provided loans for carrying out income generating economic activities in the district during the quarter ending December 2016. Moreover 34716 KCC have been issued to the farmers  and under PMJDY the survey has been completed in all the 80 SSAs allocated to banks and 100% households are having a bank account.Likewise, in other two insurance related social security schemes 10016 persons were enrolled under PMSBY and 4441  under PMJJBY. Another social security pension scheme APY was also launched in the district and the enrollment under the said scheme has reached upto 995.It was also apprised that under the scheme MUDRA, upto 462 cases have been sanctioned and disbursed by different banks and for awareness about the scheme banks are going to organize camps in all parts of district. 

Moreover different banks have organized 41 awareness camps during the quarter.Further it was given out that 124614 debit cards and 26 POS Machines were issued by different banks during this period.Annual Credit Plan (ACP) to the tune of Rs. 424.95 crore was also finalized  for the financial year 2017-18.ADC said that banks as well line departments should work in synergy to achieve all the set targets. He further stressed upon the need for holding camps to make people aware of various schemes and programmes being implemented for employment generation and economic development. He advised all line departments to work together for achieving the allocated targets under new ACP for the financial year 2016-17. Besides others, the meeting was attended by LDO, RBI, Rajnesh Mahotra, DDM  NABARD Desraj Bhagat, CLUSTER  Head J&K Bank Rafiq Ahmed Matto, Area Manager JKGB Narang, Director JKBRSETI Mohd Ayoub Khuroo & FLCC,  Anmol Singh.
