Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Saturday upped the ante against the Congress-Samajwadi Party (SP) alliance and said that people on March 11 will get rid of the Congress, Samajwadi Party (SP) and the Bahujan Samaj Party (BSP).Addressing a huge public rally here, Modi said that all that had been done in the state under the watch of the UP Chief Minister Akhilesh Yadav in the last five years was not development. Raking up the issue of some bad information about UP on the official website of the state, he said once he highlighted the issue, the webpage was taken off.The issue pertained to UP being described at very low rankings on several social and health indices. At one place the government website said "life was short and uncertain in UP" and that health care was like that in poor African nations. Modi also slammed the opposition for questioning the Indian Army on the September 29 cross-LoC surgical strikes in which many terrorist camps were smashed.

Highlighting his government's commitment on OROP, he said that the issue which was hanging fire for several years was settled by the BJP-led NDA government at the Centre. "People playing with the honour of the Army cannot be tolerated, we salute the brave soldiers and are with them always," the Prime Minister said as people cheered him.Modi assured the people that in the first cabinet meeting after a BJP government is installed in Lucknow, all loans of farmers will be waived."We in the BJP speak for development of all," he said while pointing out that his government at the Centre was committed to the slogan of 'Sabka Saath, Sabka Vikaas'.He also castigated the state government for poor law and order, rising crimes and unemployment and closing industries.
