DDC flags off farmers' field-cum- exposure tour

District Development Commissioner, Niraj Kumar today flagged off  a group of Farmers  for Field -cum- Exposure tour organized by department of Agriculture under ATMA.Speaking on the occasion, the DDC said that the tour has been organized for the farmers with an aim to acquaint them with the latest methodologies and techniques that can be used to increase the agriculture produce.The DDC asked Chief Agriculture Officer Udhampur to arrange more such programmes to create awareness among the farmers.Among others, ACR Subash Chander Dogra, Chief Agriculture Officer Ajay Koul, various officers of agriculture department and farmers were present on the occasion.
