Girl child a blessing of God : Jahangir Mir

Deputy Chairman, Legislative Council Jahangir Hussain Mir has said people should be proud of having a girl child as it is the blessing from the God.The Deputy Chairman said this after unveiling School Magazine “Aaghaz” here at Islamabad Higher Secondary School.Mr Mir said that people should be proud of the girl child as they are the blessing of Almighty and the paradise lies under the feet of the females as mothers. He asserted that every religion teaches to respect and honor females, and it is the responsibility of every male to ensure that females are made feel safe.The Deputy Chairman also appreciated the Principal Vijay Puri, staff and students of the school for bringing out the magazine at the district level.Civil Society members including Choudhary Abdul Ghani, Muhammad Hafeez Rathore, ZEO Nangali, Head Masters of HS Shahpur, HS Bandi Chechian, HS Saral were present in the function.
