MLA Baramulla, Doda call on PWD Minister

Legislators including MLA Baramulla Javed Hassan Baig and MLA Doda Shakti Parihar today called on Minister for Public Works Department (R&B) Naeem Akhtar to discuss the progress on various developmental projects being undertaken in their constituencies and workout the modalities to resolve concerns leading to delays in the completion of the project.MLA Baramulla Javed Hassan Baig, during the meeting, asked the Minister to provide funding of fish market bridge under World Bank funding provision, besides requesting for construction of Sheeri - Laridora Road under CRF, Katiyan, Mandir road Khanpora, Kawhar Bala Payeen link road under World Bank, connecting road from Suhail Colony to Buhroo Mandir road to village Hajibal be taken up under State sector and upgradation of Gantamulla Bala Payeen road under NABARAD.While taking up the issues of Doda constituency, MLA Shakti Parihar asked the Minister to issue directions to expedite PMGSY roads of Doda district, sanctioning of Pul Doda-Beoli via Doda city road under CRF and works on under construction Shiva Dal Bridge over Chenab River.After giving patient hearing to the demands raised, the Minister assured the legislators for redressing all public importance issues on priority.
