Masood Ahmad Choudhary, former Vice Chancellor, Baba Ghulam Shah Badshah University, called on Governor N.N. Vohra at Raj Bhavan here today.Mr. Choudhary and the Governor discussed issues relating to higher education and some of the significant development issues relating to the Pir Panchal region.
