At least four persons were killed and 15 injured in a blast outside the Afghan Supreme Court in Kabul on Tuesday, officials said.A local journalist cited health officials as saying: "Four bodies and 15 wounded taken to Wazir Akbar Khan hospital."The building of the Supreme Court is located on a road leading to the United States embassy and Kabul airport.
