Paramjit Singh Kainth, dalit leader and Vice President of the AAP today alleged big scam on the distribution of Matric class scholarships meant for SC,OBC and minority community students during the rule of the SAD-BJP government in Punjab.In a statement issued here Kainth said that lakhs of students had suffered due to lapses in distribution of scholarships. He said that grant of Rs. 370 crore was still pending for the financial year of 2015-16. He said that private institutions run by political leaders were favored and involved in the scam. He said that a probe would be initiated into the sc after AAP government is formed in Punjab.
