Amidst political Tsunami in favour of Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) in Punjab, the party today take out a unique campaign in which hundreds of “Kejriwals” appeared on the key road crossings of all towns of Punjab.Giving a surprise to the residents of Amritsar, Pathankot, Jalandhar, Bathinda and Patiala towns, hundreds of “Kejriwals” were seen campaigning for the Aam Aadmi Party on the key road crossings including Forest Chowk (Amritsar), Gandhi Chowk (Pathankot), Company Bagh Chowk (Jalandhar) and in Patiala.Vehicular traffic and passerby took a halt and missed even two times Red Signals to have a glimpse of the unique campaign, perhaps first time in Punjab.Holding Jhaaru (Broom) in their hands and wearing face masks of Arvind Kejriwal, hundreds of AAP volunteers were seen raising slogans “Jhharu wala Button Daba Dyo Punjabiyo, Badalan nu sabak sikha dyo punjabiyon”.Public was so amused of witnessing such a unique campaign that some of them even seen dancing and changing the AAP song –Jhharu wala Button..... Even some of them were seen demanding the Facemasks of Kejriwal from the volunteers, who were obliged with a smile by putting the masks of Kejriwal on their face, which they happily accepted.The AAP volunteers are holding such unique poll campaign shows all across Punjab in the state in the morning and evening hours, revealed AAP Candidate from Jalandhar (Central) Dr Sanjeev Sharma.The event was a huge success which prompted the travelers to discuss AAP policies with the volunteers, he added.Going by the enthusiasm and support given by the people passing through the road crossings, one can easily gauge the massive love & support the party is gaining from the people of Punjab and imagine the outcome of the polls to be held on 4 Feb. 2017, another candidate of AAP from Jalandhar (Cantonment) HS Walia said.The volunteers were carrying placards with the message such as “Is war chalega Punjab wich Jhadu”. The volunteers were also holding banners which showed how in majority of the surveys conducted by the media houses AAP is forming the next government in Punjab a thumping majority.
