Aam Aadmi Party on Thursday got a short in the arm as prominent leaders from doaba joined AAP in the presence of AAP Punjab In-Charge, Sanjay Singh at Jalandhar.Prominent leader from Doaba and Incharge OBC Doaba Zone Congress, Tejinder Singh Harry and Gen Secretary district Welfare cell, Rajinder Sharma left Congress objecting its anti people policies and joined AAP.Welcoming the leaders in party fold, Sanjay Singh said that Congress party has been rejected by the people of Punjab twice in a row and Punjabis do not trust Congress anymore. He said that the leaders will be given due respect in the party.Harry after joining AAP said that there is a strong wave in favor of Aam Aadmi Party in state and people from all walks of life are enthusiastic to join AAP and be part of the revolution. He said that Congress earlier promised to give tickets to people from humble background from non political background but did opposite to their promise.
