DC Srinagar inspects ongoing snow clearance process

Deputy Commissioner, Srinagar, Dr Farooq Ahmad Lone today conducted an extensive tour of Srinagar city and inspected the ongoing snow clearance process.The DC visited Khanyar, Rainawari, Fatehkadal, Karanagar Pantha Chowk, Rawalpora, Batmaloo, Bemina and Eidgah areas and directed the concerned Departments   to ensure timely clearance of the snow from the lanes and by lanes. He asked the PDD and PHE Departments to ensure supply of Power and drinking Water in the district so that people do not suffer. He directed all the departments to keep close coordination with each other and ensure better facilities to the public.
