AAP MP from Sangrur and Chairman Election Campaign Committee addressed an impressive rally at Rajpura in support of party candidate Ashutosh Joshi.While addressing  the rally, Bhagwant Mann said that the Akali Dal and Congress have entered into a secret pact to contest Punjab assembly elections scheduled to be held on 4 February this year. Both the traditional parties have been bewildered by the growing popularity of the party and have agreed to form an alliance to keep AAP at bay. Mann said that he has been informed by reliable sources that Badal and Captain held a meeting in Delhi and discussed that people of Punjab are well aware about the SAD-Congress alliance and in order to divert the attention of the public Captain may file nomination papers from Lambi in one or two days. He said that both these parties are in panic and their leaders discuss AAP for 38 minutes in their 40 minutes long speeches.

Mann said that "Chaunda Hai Punjab, Captain di Sarkaar" is got written outside the houses of the people especially which fall on roadsides covertly, when people go to sleep in their houses. He said that in actual, Punjab wants, "Captian di Haar", lagataar, teeji vaar". He said that the campaign expenses of Capt. Amarinder Singh are being borne by Bikram Majithia.

While brushing aside Badal's allegations of enticing violence on Aam Aadmi Party, Mann said that these statements are totally false. In a satire a Badal family Bhagwant Mann said that these comments are like Talibans claim of ending terrorism. He said that Virsa Singh Valtoha frequently issues statements of criminal nature in Assembly. The leaders of Akali Dal go to meet the culprit of dalit atrocity Shiv Lal Doda in jail. He advised Badals to have a glance into his own party before leveling baseless and false allegations on others.Mann said that AAP is getting huge response from the public which has taken a shape of tsunami which will root out the corrupts and form a government of Aam Aadmi in Punjab which will endeavour towards transforming Punjab into a prosperous State.
