Aam Aadmi Party today attained a major political boost when Bharti Kisan Union (BKU) led by Balbir Singh Rajewal today announced its support to the party and pledged to ensure massive victory of the party in the ensuing assembly election, in the presence of National Convener of AAP and Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal.Kejriwal accompanying with AAP Candidate from Karanvir Tiwana from Patiala (Rural) and Rajewal assured that days of the farmers’ woes are numbered as it would be priority for the AAP Government to ensure flourishing of peasantry in the state.“We will ensure the loan waiver of the farmers within one or two years and implement the Swaminathan Committee’s report within three years of formation of AAP Government in Punjab”, Kejriwal announced.
 He said that farmers need not to commit suicides and time has come when they will get 50 percent profit on their agriculture yield. He said that focus would be to set up agro industry in the state. AAP national Kejriwal today said that AAP has prepared 150 point charter for Punjab and announced to fulfil ten key points on priority immediately after forming government. Time is ripe for Punjabis for bringing political change in Punjab for future of their wards and to end the nexus between Badals and Amarinder, who have tacit understanding to contest Punjab assembly polls, Kejriwal said. Kejriwal reiterated that he would not be Chief Minister of Punjab as being propagated by SAD and Congress. “Whosoever be the Chief Minister, I stand guarantee to fulfil all promises made to the people of Punjab by AAP,” he added.
 Delhi Chief Minister said that his first priority would be to eradicate drugs and cut the supply of narcotics within a month. “Badals have control over almost all businesses be it Transport, Cable, Liquor, Mining and even drug network is also being patronised by Punjab Revenue Minister Bikram Singh Majithia”, he said. National Convener of AAP announced to cancel all fake cases under NDPC act filed by Badals against innocent youth who opposed drug mafia.  He said that Bikram Majithia had links with international drug mafia and he had also got false case registered against him in Amritsar. AAP government would create a special task force of senior doctors to de-addict the youth within 6 months and create 25 lakh jobs to bring back the youth to main stream. Presently there are about 40 lakh youth addicted to drugs, he maintained. Vowing that AAP Government would nab the culprits behind the Sacrilege of Guru Granth Sahib and ensure exemplary punishment for them, so that no one in future could dare to indulge in such a inhuman act, Kejriwal said alleging connivance of Badal family in the incidents of sacrilege. Kejriwal announced announced to enhance the old, handicapped and widow pension from existing Rs.500 to Rs.2500 per month. He said that SAD-BJP government had cheated people in the name of welfare schemes and embezzled funds meant for the poor.He said that eradicating corruption would another priority.
He said that in Delhi AAP has created an atmosphere of corruption free governance.“We have adopted zero tolerance against corruption and do not spare even AAP MLAs or Minister, if found indulged in Corruption, which could be evident from Delhi, where we did not spare even our own ministers, found indulged in corruption”, Kejriwal said announcing that in Punjab also if any of the elected MLA of AAP would be found guilty in corruption, would not be spared. He added that Capt Amarinder Singh during his tenure as CN from 2002 to 2007 had deposited his ill gotten money in swiss bank. “We have the bank account number and will bring back the money.Kejriwal said that education and health system in Punjab had collapsed and private schools and hospitals have mushroomed.He said that Badal government had systematically ruined the primary education and health services in the state. He promised to set up a dispensary in every village and refurbish the government schools. We have set up Mohalla Clinics in Delhi and moderanised the government schools in Delhi and now it is turn of Punjab, he stated.Kejriwal appealed to the gathering to raise their hands to pledge to rope in at least 100 more votes by each of them to bring political change in Punjab by election AAP.
