Shantmanu, Chief Electoral Officer J&K, met Governor N.N. Vohra at the Raj Bhavan here today and briefed him about the to-date status of preparations for the conduct of Panchayat elections and the poll for filling the Anantnag and Srinagar Parliamentary seats.
