Students of Oakridge International School got a chance to be Radio Jockey

Oakridge International School Students visited 92.7 Big FM Studio where they were briefed on how recordings are done at radio stations and various programmes are presented on air. The students also  got an opportunity to interact with the broadcast journalists, RJ’s ,technical staff and learnt about the work atmosphere and various functional areas like recording and broadcasting events, interviewing great personalities and other major operations of the radio station.Later, Students were seemed amazed to see soundproof announcer’s room. They even try to be radio jockey though offline and enjoyed new experience beyond their school curriculum. The Principal of the School Ramanjit Ghuman said that excursions are important tool in teaching that creates a strong sense of understanding for the immediate environment and world at large.
