Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar today called on his Punjab Counterpart Parkash Singh Badal and apprised him about the ongoing yearlong programs chalked out by the Bihar Government related to 350th Parkash Utsav of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji at Sri Patna Sahib- the birth place of Guru Sahib.Disclosing this here today, a spokesperson of the Chief Minister's Office said that Mr. Nitish Kumar   invited to Mr. Badal to Sri Patna Sahib a day prior to the commemoration of this mega event. Accepting the invitation, Mr. Badal thanked the Bihar Chief Minister for this gesture and assured all support and cooperation on behalf of the Punjab government to make the function of 350th Parkash Utsav of Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji a grand success. Mr. Badal said that he had been deeply touched by the devotion and commitment shown by the Bihar Chief Minster to Sri Guru Gobind Singh ji and had been overwhelmed by the magnitude of the events planned for this occasion by the Bihar government.Meanwhile, Mr. Nitish Kumar was accompanied by the Bihar Tourism Minister Mrs. Anita Devi.Prominent amongst others who were present on the occasion included Member Parliament Mr. Sukhdev Singh Dhindsa, State Cabinet Ministers Mr. Adaish Partap Singh Kairon, Mr. Surjit Singh Rakhra and Mr. Parminder Singh Dhindsa besides Punjab Chief Secretary Mr. Sarvesh Kaushal, Bihar Chief Secretary Mr. Anjani Kumar and Principal Secretary to Bihar Chief Minister Mr. Chanchal Kumar.
