Punjab Government transfers 4 IAS officers

The Punjab Government has issued transfer and posting orders of 4 IAS officers with immediate effect.Disclosing this an official spokesperson of the Punjab Government said that the services of Mr. Varun Roojam, Deputy Commissioner, Amritsar has been place at the disposal of the department of Housing and Urban Development for posting as Chief Administrator, Greator Mohali Area Development Authority, SAS Nagar. Similarly Mr.Jaskiran Singh, Deputy Commissioner, Kapurthala has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Sangrur. Mr.Ashwani Kumar has been transferred as State Transport Commissioner, Punjab against a vacant post and in addition Special Principal Secretary to Deputy Chief Minister, Punjab.Likewise Mr. Devinder Pal Singh Kharbanda, Deputy Commissioner, Ferozepur has been transferred and posted as Deputy Commissioner, Tarn Taran.
