DDC Udhampur conducts extensive tour of Ramnagar, Kalwanta

In its outreach initiative district administration headed by  District Development Commissioner, Niraj Kumar today toured Ramnagar  to assess  basic facilities being made available  to local people.During the  tour , the DDC  inspected various  ongoing developmental works under state and centre projects .Later he held public meeting  at town hall Ramnagar and Kalwanta to listen to public grievances.After listening to  the grievances of local populace , the DDC assured them that their demands involving  shifting of Ramnagar Bus stand, posting of doctors against vacant posts, repairing of road, deployment of SRTC buses, permits for mini buses and sumo, development of revered Pingla Mata on tourist lines, conversion of Ghas Mandi land into park and  lifting of monkeys from dwelling areas shall be fulfilled in time bound manner.The DDC directed the officers to remain in contact with the people and pay regular visits to remote and far-flung  areas to build confidence  among people for district administration besides ensuring the quality of developmental works.Among others, SSP Udhampur Shailender Kumar Mishra, SDM Ramnagar Anshul Garg, SDPO Deepak Digra and many other district officers were also present.
