Vijay Sampla urges citizens to write to armed forces this Deepawali

Joining hands with Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union minster and Punjab BJP president, Vijay Sampla today appealed to the masses to send Deepawali wishes to the armed forces. Sampla said that this gesture would boost the morale of our brave soldiers who are busy guarding our frontiers. Sampla also called upon the district and block units to spread this message to maximum number of people.Sampla said, “Prime Minister Narendra Modi has made an emotional appeal to the citizens that they come forward and wish our brave soldiers. This is a very special way to thank and salute our real heroes who are protecting our motherland so that we can celebrate Deepawali with our loved ones.  As someone who is widely known and admired across the nation and world over, your words to the forces on the occasion of Deepawali will make them very happy and inspire other citizens of India to share their good wishes”.Sampla said that there was a need to widely spread the word and increase public participation. Requesting people’s association with the campaign, Sampla said, “People can send their wishes with the help of the Narendra Modi App or via their social media accounts. One needs to give a missed call on 1922 to download the Narendra Modi App and share his/her message.  People can also share their messages in the form of a video or any other innovative method.
