In an administrative reshuffle, the Punjab Government today issued orders of transfer/ posting of one  IAS and twenty PCS officers, in the state, informed a government spokesman. Disclosing this, he said that the order will be implemented with immediate effect.Giving details he said that as per the orders, Shri Mohammad Tayyab,IAS  has been appointed as Special Secretary Housing and Urban Development and in addition Special Secretary, Forests and Wild Life. Amongst the PCS Officers, Ms. Babita posted as  Additional Deputy Commissioner, Phagwara relieving Ms. Deepti Uppal, IAS of the additional charge, Services of Shri Devinder Singh  placed at the disposal of the department of Local Government for posting as Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Phagwara in place Shri Iqbal Singh Sandhu, PCS, Services of Shri Bhupinder Singh placed at the disposal of the department of Housing and Urban Development for posting as Additional Chief Administrator, ( Headquarter & Policy) Punjab Urban Planning and Development Authority, SAS Nagar. He  will also hold the additional charge of the post of Additional Secretary, Housing and Urban Development; Shri Iqbal Singh Sandhu posted as Additional Deputy Commissioner,(General)  Hoshiarpur in place of Shri Devinder Singh PCS, Shri J.K. Jain as District Excise and Taxation Commissioner, Ludhiana Division, Services of Shri Harcharan Singh placed at the disposal of the department of Local Government for posting as Commissioner, Muncipal Corporation, Moga relieving Shri Kuldeep Singh Vaid,IAS of the additional charge; Shri Anmol Singh Dhaliwal as District Transport Officer, Sri Muktsar Sahib and in addition Estate Officer, Bathinda Development Authority, Bathinda against a vacant post, Shri Surinder Singh as Sub Divisional Magistrate, Pathankot and in addition Commissioner, Muncipal Corporation, Pathankot and in addition Estate Officer, Amritsar Development Authority, Amritsar against a vacant post, Shri Paramjit Singh-II as Sub Divisional Magistrate, Amritsar-II in place of Shri Rajesh Kumar Sharma PCS,  Shri Brajinder Singh as Deputy Director, Urban Local Bodies, Jalandhar in place of Shir Darbara Singh PCS; Services of Shri Darbara Singh  placed at the disposal of the department of Housing and Urban Development for posting as Additional Chief Administrator, Greater Ludhiana Area Development Authority, Ludhiana in place of Shri J.K. Jain ,Ms. Geetika Singh as Sub Divisional Magistrate, Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar, Shri Pritpal Singh as Land Acquisition Collector, Department of Industries and commerce and in addition Deputy Secretary , Power , Shri Rajesh Kumar Sharma as Sub Divisional Magistrate, Ludhiana ( East ) , Shri Varinder  Singh as Assistant Commissioner ( General & Grievances) Barnala; Mr Ankur Mahindroo as Assistant Commissioner, (Grievances) Gurdaspur; Ms. Sumit Mudh as SDM Jaito;Mr Anamjyot Kaur as Assistant Commissioner (General) Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar and in addition Assistant Commissioner, (Grievances) Shaheed Bhagat Singh Nagar; Mr Gurvinder Singh Johal as DTO, Moga and Services of Mr Rajesh Kumar placed at the disposal of the department of Local Government for posting as Joint Commissioner, Municipal Corporation, Moga against a vacant post.
