Ten persons, including two foreign women, have been arrested here for involvement in a sex racket, police said on Monday.Those arrested include four from Uttar Pradesh, one from Delhi and five women including one each from Kazakhstan and Uzbekistan.A police officer told IANS that the sex racket was being operated from a three-storey building in an upscale area of the millennium city.
