Incredible Youth Fest celebrated at LCET

Ludhiana College of Engineering & Technology, Katani kalan, Ludhiana organized youth festival a management cum inter-college youth Festival with great zeal. It was a panorama of cultural and management events ranging from corporate waves to rhymes and rhythm to world of colours covering several activities.  More than 57 institutes from the Kapurthala, Ludhiana & Moga District participated in the festival .Dharampal Gupta ,Director ,Technical Education & Training  ,Punjab was chief Guest at the moment.VK Gupta Chairman of LCET welcomed the guests and gave a brief introduction about the philosophy and mission of the institute.The teams from the different institutions enthralled the gathering by presenting various items including folk-dance, ghazal, group song, poem recitation, women traditional songs, giddha, debate and elocution besides theatrical items such as mime, skit and play .More than 1400 students participated in this fest with full zeal and enthusiasm.Chief Guest Director Gupta appreciated the efforts and zeal of the student community .He emphasized that such events not only help the students to develop their managerial skills but also give them practical exposure as how to organize such events. He advised the students to imbibe moral and ethical values in them, to develop universal brotherhood & spread the message of peace.Chairman VK Gupta encouraged the students to be part of such rich cultural heritage. According to him such youth festival has equal significance as academic accomplishments.
