Stage managed agitations indicate Akali, Congress Collusion complete in Punjab, AAP

The stage managed agitations by Congress party against the SAD-BJP govt in the state has further established without a shred of doubt of their complete political collision in Punjab.Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) Punjab Convener Gurpreet Singh Waraich made the aforesaid remarks on Sunday here in Chandigarh.Waraich said no other political party, pressure group, NGO or any other union or association demanding justice, has been allowed to go anywhere near Punjab  Chief Minister Parkash Singh Badal's official residence by the security forces.On the other hand Congress legislators were not only allowed to sit on dharna outside Badal's house but adequate arrangements were ensured for their food and night stay during the stage managed protest show for three consecutive days." Anyone including PPCC chief Captain Amarinder Singh and other senior leaders of the party were free to join the sit in dharna outside Badal's house as and when they pleased.The CM's residence around which section 144 of the CrPc is constantly in force to thwart unlawful assembly of more than four persons, congress leaders had free access to the site of dharna", said Waraich.

Waraich said firstly people of Punjab failed to understand what was congress agitating about."Secondly though Capt Amarinder was saying it was against " Chitta Ravan", but he failed to specify who was the "Chitta Ravan", of Punjab. Not even once he named Punjab Revenue Minister Bikram Singh Majithia as the Chitta Ravan of Punjab", said Waraich.It is the same Capt Amarinder Singh who defended Majithia when his entire congress party including Congress MP Partap Singh Bajwa, was demanding a CBI probe against him. " So now Capt Amarinder and his party have lost the moral ground for agitating against the Drug menace", added the AAP Convener.He said it was also laughable that congress ended its agitation immediately after the ADCP Ludhiana was transferred. " Was the real motive of the Capt Amarinder only to get the ADCP removed or fight against the drug menace in Punjab.Waraich said earlier also Badal allowed Congress legislators to stay put in Punjab Vidhan Sabha for two nights just to bring the congress party back to limelight which has lost its political relevance and is struggling for its survival.

Everyone knows that without the consent of Badal or Punjab Vidhan Sabha speaker no one can stay even for one minute inside the assembly hall after it is adjourned. Here also all adequate arrangements were made for the congress MLAs for their comfort stay in the house including that of media coverage." Both Akalis and Congress are playing a friendly match and trying hard to hoodwink the people of Punjab while struggling to prop each other up in Punjab. However their frustrated and desperate moves are further taking them into political oblivion", said Waraich.Waraich said the most recent instance of Badal's benevolence towards Capt Amarinder was evident from the Amritsar Improvement Trust corruption case which he had quietly decided to withdraw after 10 years that had caused the Punjab exchequer a loss of nearly Rs 360 crores.
