Sukhnandan Kumar chairs Petition Committee meet

A meeting of the Petition Committee of Jammu and Kashmir Legislative Assembly was held here today under the Chairmanship of MLA, Ch. Sukhnandan Kumar to review the functioning of the Committee.Legislators, Yawar Ahmed Mir, Noor Mohammad Sheikh, Anjum Fazili and Gulzar Ahmed Wani attended the meeting.During the course of the meeting, the officers of Assembly Secretariat apprised about the various issues pending before the Committee that need to be disposed off after threadbare discussion. The Committee decided to examine the status of implementation of its recommendations in the reports which is already laid on the table of the house.Among others, Secretary, Legislative Assembly, Deputy Secretary, besides officers and officials of the Assembly Secretariat were also present in the meeting.
