The Managers Network has taken an initiative and set a platform for girls to walk the ramp and fulfill their dream of winning a beauty pageant. The sixth round of auditions took place in the city of Jalandhar.The entire event is being organized by the company The Managers Network which is owned by Mohit Sharma, Mubarak Sandhu and Jagjeet Singh. “The Managers Network is a full-service event management, media and Fashion Company based in Mohali, Punjab dedicated towards quality and excellence. These auditions were judged by a panel comprising of four judges, Singer Vadda Grewal, Actress Sonika Chauhan, Singer Armaan Bedil and Ritu Kolentine, an elitist international makeup artist. Also Prof. Navroop Dean Youth welfare department and Dr. Nidhi Bal member of youth welfare department of H.M.V College were present for the event. Singer Vadda Grewal on the same added, “The beauty of a girl is not in a facial mode. No matter how you feel. Get up, dress up, show up and never give up. From this, Girls will definitely get a chance to discover their abilities and capabilities.”

Actress Sonika Chauhan said, “I believe everything happens for a reason. These kinds of pageants are important to make the girls more confident, presentable and serve a great platform”.Singer Armaan Bedil said, “To prove yourself, someone needs to take the initiative and that initiative has been taken by The Managers Network by organizing ‘Miss Punjab 2016’. I have always appreciated all the girls who have stepped forward to come out of their comfort zone and walk the ramp to fulfill their dream.”Ritu Kolentine, an elitist international makeup artist said, “Beauty is about being comfortable and believing in you.
