District Development commissioner Shopian Mr. G.M Dar today chaired a meeting of officers to get first hand appraisal of physical and financial achievements registered by the Rural Development Department during this fiscal. Impressing upon the concerned to work with zeal and dedication, the District Development Commissioner asked tem to achieve the targets set for the current fiscal. He said that Rural Development Departments is linked with welfare and development of people at grass root level and sufficient funds are available for the execution of works.The officers assured the District Development Commissioner that every effort would be made in implementation of developmental schemes in time bound manner.  In the onset of meeting, the officers presented physical and financial achievements registered under MGNREGA, IAY, SBM and other schemes of the department.
