VC, SMVDU meets Governor

Prof. Sanjeev Jain, Vice Chancellor, Shri Mata Vaishno Devi University, called on Governor N.N. Vohra, Chancellor of the University, at the Raj Bhavan here today.Prof. Jain briefed the Governor about the to-date status of important academic, administrative and infrastructural development issues in the University and the profile of admissions in the different disciplines.The Governor stressed the need for timely and adequate investments being made for enlarging facilities for teaching and research, library, indoor and outdoor sports and extra-mural facilities for the students.
