Placing wreath on Brig. (Retd.) Jagdish Gagneja’s mortal remains today at DMC Hospital, Ludhiana to pay floural tributes to the departed soul, the Punjab Governor and Administrator, Union Territory, Chandigarh, V. P. Singh Badnore expressed profound grief over the sad and untimely demise of Brig. (Retd.) Jagdish Gagneja.The Governor prayed to the Almighty to grant peace to the departed soul and give strength to bereaved family members to bear this irreparable loss.
