Shemrock Senior Secondary School, Sector 69 organised  Fancy Dress Competition To blend learning with fun and develop the stage confidence.Most of the students  were creatively dressed . The competition was organized to promote & showcase the talents and creativity of little kids. Students from play way to class 5 participated in this competition. The participants were dressed in mind blowing costumes. The event was very resplendent; Students were disguised like planets such as Jupiter, Mars etc. some were looking like Aliens from the vast Galaxies. They were also reflecting Animals and birds. Traditional dresses were attired by some of them, some students gave the message of saving earth, environment, tree, & natural resources .Even message to  save girl was given by them .

While encouraging students Director Education S K Sharmasaid that such  events are important means of cognitive development in students . The purpose of conducting the competition was not only to blend learning with fun but also to develop confidence in the little ones by giving them an opportunity to get on the stage and speak in front of an audience. Winners of  Category 1 was Sanjam preet  of  1st  A whereas in Category 2  suryansh of 2nd B excelled & in Category 3  Navjot Singh from 3rd  A was winner and from Category  4th Harsimar Singh  of 4th B was winner .
