Div Com Kashmir reviews stock, supply position of Ladakh region

Divisional Commissioner, Kashmir, Mr. Baseer Ahmad Khan today chaired a meeting of officers to review the stock and supply position of Ladakh region.The meeting was attended by   Director Agricultural, Director CAPD, Director Health, Director RDD, General Manager FCI, MD JKSRTC, besides  DC Leh and DC Kargil attended the meeting through video Conferencing.Reviewing the supply and stock position of essential Commodities of Ladakh region, the Divisional Commissioner stressed for ensuring adequate stock of essential commodities including Sugar, Atta, Kerosene oil and Petroleum products within one month in the region. 

He directed the PWD authorities to ensure the adequate supply of construction material for  carrying out developmental activities in the region. He also asked the concerned for making arrangements for supplying of poultry birds, eggs and poultry feed Director Health Services, Kashmir informed the meeting that the sufficient stock of life saving drugs has already been already supplied to Leh & Kargil districts and Vaccines will be despatched within week’s time Among others Deputy Director Horticulture, Divisional Manager SICOP, Joint Registrar Co-operative, GM JK cements Joint Director Chief Husbandry and other officers of line department attended the meeting.
