Asiea Naqash reviews functioning of JKAO

Directs to ensure time bound completion of ongoing projects

In a bid to ensure integrated, planned and harmonious development of the State, Minister of State for Housing and Urban Development Department (H&UDD) Ms. Asiea Naqash chaired a high level meeting of officers of Jammu and Kashmir Architect Organization (JKAO) to review the function of organization here today.Chief Architect, JKAO, V. K. Pant, Sr. Architect, JKAO, Sanjay Tickoo, Special Secretary, H&UDD, Anuradha Wazir, Director Finance, H&UDD, R. C. Kotwal and other officials of the department attended the meeting.Ms. Asiea directed the authorities to make maximum use of time and resources to create sustainable infrastructure which has a tangible impact on the developmental scenario of the state. She instructed the officers to speed up the pace of work and personally monitor the progress of projects on monthly basis ensuring their timely completion.The Minister also directed the concerned for preparing a comprehensive action plan for smooth implementation of Master Plan which will be reviewed by Chief Minister in the next month.The officials informed the Minister about the pending, existing and upcoming projects across the state.
