On the occasion of 70th Independence Day, Minister for Forest, Ecology and Environment Ch. Lal Singh hosted ‘At Home’  which was attended by DC Kathua Ramesh Kumar, ADC Kathua Dr Bharat Bhushan, ASP Kathua Khalil Poswal, senior officers of police and district administration besides prominent citizens.A cultural programme was presented by the artists of    Information Department on the occasion.
