DDC Ganderbal reviews availability of essential commodities, functioning of hospitals

Deputy Commissioner, Ganderbal today chaired a meeting of officers to review the availability of essential commodities and functioning of health institutions  in the district.The DDC asked the officers of the Drug Organization to inspect all the medical shops within two days to curb the menace of sub-standard drugs in the district. He asked the PDD and PHE authorities for ensuring uninterrupted power and water supply. He directed AD, CA&PD   to ensure that Ration Ghats are opened till late in the evening for the convenience of the general public. The meeting was informed that sufficient stock of life saving drugs is available in all the hospitals of the district.Among others, ADC Ganderbal, ACR Ganderbal, CPO Ganderbal and all district and sectoral officers were present in the meeting.
