MLA Langate Er Rasheed has condemned the behaviour of so called Kashmiri Pandit migrant employees and added that their unjustified and illogic demand to seek transfers from valley has yet again exposed their anti-Kashmiri sentiments and stand. In a statement issued to KNS, Er Rasheed said that one fails to understand if whole Kashmir is facing worst sort of crackdown at the hands of security agencies, why doesn’t Kashmiri migrant Pandits speak even a word in favour of Kashmiri Muslims and have preferred rather to use this tragedy to get more privileges and benefits for themselves. Er Rasheed said, “Kashmiri Pandits had got a golden opportunity to raise their voice in support of resolution of Kashmir dispute and express their solidarity with Kashmiri Muslims but unfortunately they again proved the role of weeping boys by playing in the hands of Indian intelligence agencies and communal forces and left no stone unturned to defame Kashmiris by leveling false allegations and accusing Kashmiris of attacking their camps in valley.

However, any independent enquiry and even police has been denying even a minor incident where any Kashmiri Pandit, Amarnath Yatri or a non Muslim has faced any inconvenience. It is evident that for Kashmiri Pandits the sufferings of Kashmiris and political deadlock has become like an industry and while Muslims are getting killed, losing eye-sights, caged in curfew and their religious freedom curbed, Kashmiri Pandit employees are seeking their transfer to Jammu region crying insecurity in valley. These cowards are well settled in India that is the reason why they don’t want to stay in valley. In fact Kashmiri Pandits have lost the right to be called Kashmiris as their every act is misleading, communal and anti-Kashmiri. They have no sympathy for a place which they called their mother land.” Er Rasheed asked government to take stern action against the vested elements provoking these employees and ensure that either they join back to their duties or Kashmiri youth, who deserve much more than these self-styled migrants, be recruited against their posts.
